Do I have to buy anything?
No. Every meeting is a no-obligation conversation. You get paid for your time whether or not you hire the vendor.
How and when do I get paid?
Through the platform, once you and the vendor both confirm the meeting happened. Payments range from $200 to $300 per meeting.
Will I get a tax form?
If you earn $600 or more from one vendor in a year, you may receive a 1099. We collect a W-9 when you join so this is simple.
Is this run by my HOA?
No. We work alongside your HOA, not for it. Everything runs on private channels, never HOA property or HOA mailing lists.
How do you choose vendors?
We check each vendor's license, insurance and reviews before they appear on a neighborhood page, and remove vendors after poor ratings.
Will I get spammed?
No. There's a monthly limit on meetings, and you can opt out anytime.
Are meetings in person or online?
Both. Choose an in-home visit or a video call when you book.
My neighborhood isn't listed. Can I bring it?
Yes. We start in Canterfield Creek, then add neighborhoods in Marvin, Waxhaw and Weddington. Join the Canterfield Creek list and tell us your neighborhood.
