New homes, townhomes and shops at Rea and Tom Short
Marvin Commons is a new community at Rea Road and Tom Short Road, next door to Canterfield Creek. The Village of Marvin approved it in July 2025 with 75 single-family homes and townhomes on about 28 acres, plus about 165,000 square feet of shops and restaurants. Jones Homes is now selling homes there.
