Marvin Estates sits along Marvin Road on the west side of the village, next to Marvin Creek. Many homes date from the late 1970s through the 1990s, some predating Marvin's 1994 incorporation, and lots average close to four acres, with streets like Saddle Avenue and Pacer Lane.
