Late-2010s homes on generous lots
Wyndmoor is a small neighborhood inside the Village of Marvin, tucked beside Providence Downs South. Homes were built mostly between 2016 and 2020 on lots of about three-quarters of an acre, with screened porches, sunrooms and three-car garages. There's no shared pool, so outdoor projects happen at home.
