Newer, larger custom estates behind their own gate
Providence Downs South is a separate community from Providence Downs, with its own gate, HOA and amenities. It sits near Crane Road and Marvin School Road in unincorporated Union County. Homes are larger custom estates, mostly from the mid-2000s to the 2010s, and the streets continue the Kentucky Derby theme with names like Funny Cide, Smarty Jones and Strike the Gold.
