A gated estate community with streets named for Derby winners
Providence Downs is the original of the two Providence Downs communities, with its own gate and HOA. Streets carry the names of Kentucky Derby and Triple Crown winners like Secretariat, Seattle Slew and War Admiral. Homes are custom and semi-custom estates, most built in the 2000s, in unincorporated Union County.
