Heritage at Marvin is a new Jones Homes neighborhood on New Town Road at Meadowlark Lane, near Marvin's Village Hall. The Village approved 68 homes on about 47 acres in 2022, and homes have been going up since, in English Country, French Country, Craftsman and Farmhouse styles.
