Broadmoor at Marvin is a small new-construction neighborhood just west of Providence Downs South, inside the Village of Marvin. Homes built since 2023 sit on lots of about three-quarters of an acre, with big garages, covered lanais and wooded common areas instead of a shared amenity center.
