A large Pulte-built neighborhood with its own elementary school
The Chimneys of Marvin sits south of Providence Downs South in unincorporated Union County, among the area's horse farms. Pulte built most of the homes between 2006 and 2014, and Sandy Ridge Elementary sits inside the neighborhood, walkable from some streets.
